The HIRO brine manifolds are made of PE 100 RC SDR 11 and are dimensioned to meet all installation requirements, as the manifold beam dimensions can be freely selected from OD 63 to OD 300. Depending on the probe or collector dimensions, the respective connection options to the heat pump lines and brine pipes can be flexibly selected. 

From the manifolds to the fittings, all manifold components are selected to have low flow resistances that comply with the particularly demanding Swiss standard SIA 384/6. This enables the lowest possible power consumption of the brine circulation pump to be achieved. All distribution systems are pressure-tested at the factory.

The HIRO manifolds consist of a flow and a return bar and can be shut off in the flow and return by means of ball valves. HIRO flow meters, which are also thermally and electronically adjustable, are installed in the flow. 

Each manifold has corresponding filling taps for 100% venting, even at lower locations. All manifold beams have high-quality shut-off valves or butterfly valves towards the heat pump and all open pipe ends are suitable for welding with electrofusion sockets. 

All manifolds are supplied with standardised brackets with corresponding clamps, which are particularly suitable for the insulation connection, as well as all necessary additional components such as plugs, screws and washers.
